The show tells a story about the obligatory and inevitable circulated fate of the house of Atreus, especially how our protagonist Electra has been guided and obligated to kill her mother in order to accomplish the revenge like many generations have been doing. In creating the script, “collage” has been a main technique that has been used, which has been also carried into the visual creation. The pieces and quotes that are in the script are mostly about religion, ritual, ceremony, love. Many of them are ancient needs, emotions and fears that have always been influencing human society, carrying traditions and shaping the daily ritual of our present life.

During this show I have been working very closely with my Lighting designer and Media designer in previsualizing and storyboarding the show. So the face count control, the texture simulation and the file transporting and update has become a very important part of the co-working process. Highly precise measurements and realistic texture was very important for the final result of the rendering.
